Our latest investment is Ramp Stack, an accounting workflow platform we’re adding to the tools supporting your account. We’re configuring it around your business, with your Graphite team directing, reviewing, and approving the work.
Built Around Your Business
Your Graphite team uses Stack behind the scenes to build an evolving playbook for your accounting. It documents your workflows, specific requirements, and the knowledge we develop about your business. That context carries forward each month, and we update the playbook as your business evolves.
Stack connects with QuickBooks Online to pull relevant data and prepare work, such as journal entries, based on those instructions. Your Graphite team maintains the playbook, directs the process, and applies its expertise and judgment to every output before approval.

Graphite manages the technology evaluation, configuration, and ongoing use of Stack. You benefit from an investment in the infrastructure supporting your accounting, with implementation handled by the people who know your account.
What To Expect
We’re currently rolling out Stack to accounting clients using QuickBooks Online, with a goal of completing this phase by year-end.
When we connect your account, you may receive an email from QuickBooks confirming that “Ramp” has been connected. That email refers to the Ramp Stack connection your Graphite team is setting up. It will include the name and email address of the Graphite employee who made the connection.
No action is required from you.
Using NetSuite, Xero, Sage, or another general ledger?
Our goal is to bring Stack to all of our accounting clients. We’re working toward expanding the rollout to additional platforms. Timing for this phase is still being determined, and we’ll share updates as plans are confirmed.
How Your Information Is Handled
Ramp Stack has completed Graphite’s internal technology and security review. Your account information is used to support the work Graphite performs for your business, with your team overseeing the platform’s use. Client data is not used to train public or foundation AI models.
