How To Share QuickBooks Online (QBO) Access With Graphite Financial

Learn how to securely grant Graphite Financial access to your QuickBooks Online account when requested during the scoping process.

If the Graphite Financial team has requested access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, follow the steps below to grant us accounting firm access.

Step 1: Open User Management

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Manage users from the settings menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Accounting Firms

  1. On the Manage users page, locate the tabs at the top.
  2. Select Accounting firms to manage access for external accounting professionals.

Step 3: Invite Graphite Financial

  1. Within the Accounting firms section, select the option to invite an accounting firm.
  2. Enter the following email address:QBO@graphitefinancial.com
  3. Submit the invitation to grant Graphite Financial accounting firm access.
