Caitlin Hart

Caitlin joined Graphite after a long tenure at Propeller Industries, where she was one of the first ten employees. Starting as a staff accountant back in 2012, Caitlin had the pleasure of helping build the organization while building her own career right alongside it. She's held every seat in accounting delivery, from hands-on client work to running large teams; standardizing processes, driving workflow and AI automation, and building and leading international teams along the way.  Caitlin's client specialty is technology and SaaS companies. Before Propeller, she graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Accounting and served in the Peace Corps in Ghana.
